We are excited to share that key takeaways from the Green Marine Project will be presented in ISOPE2026 in Orlando, as part of a paper entitled "Retrofitting a Marine Engine for CO2 Capture Integration: Design Methodology and Digital Monitoring Framework"!

Α recorded presentation by Dr. Ashok Kumar, Ph.D., CEng from CMMI will be featured on July 1st, 2026, at 14:45 – 15:00 (Orlando time, UTC-4). The presentation will highlight:

• All retrofit activities carried out during the Green Marine Project
• The preparation of a marine engine for future CO₂ capture integration
• The development of a custom exhaust bypass system to control flue-gas routing
• The installation of sensors
• An IoT platform for real-time monitoring and data acquisition
